Fall Prevention


This program is built for those who are fearful of falling or have fallen and want to prevent future falls from occurring.
Falls are the leading cause of injury and non-fatal trauma-related hospital admissions among older adults. Specific forms of exercise can help you reduce the risk of falling by improving strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.

Our 4-week intensive, outcome-based approach assesses your risk for falls, then designs a program tailored to the imbalances that may contribute to falls.
