Exercise for Huntington Disease

Huntington Disease: Even though there is limited research for exercise and Huntington’s disease, exercise still provides many benefits. As with many neurological conditions, exercise raises levels of BDNF which is a chemical that helps protect the brain. In addition, studies have shown to help delay the onset of Huntington’s symptoms and improve cognition. Movement Revolutions programs are customized to help with the regression of those physical and cognitive limitations and focus on one’s strength, balance, mobility, and walking.
