Semi-Private and Group Training
Our semi-Private and group training provides an opportunity for our clients to experience the benefits of a great workout with the added elements of teamwork and accountability.
Our sessions can accommodate up to 6 participants all levels of fitness ability. All semi-private clients will still receive a full evaluation and elements of each group session will be catered and modified for each client’s goals and abilities.
This a great way to receive a challenging workout and build relationships with new or old friends, family, or co-workers at the same time.
Outdoor summer groups are offered May thru October in the Streeterville and Lincoln Park neighborhoods.
