Exercise for Traumatic Brain Injury

Research shows that exercise can help people with a TBI manage symptoms of depression, fatigue, and cognitive problems much better. Our 1:1 and group exercise programs are built to work with anyone at any level of injury. Often post-injury people become sedentary which can lead to a more vulnerable health status. Joining an exercise program immediately following therapies is one of the best ways to maintain and improve balance, coordination, and decrease dependence on assisted devices.
