Our group exercise classes go beyond just fitness—they’re designed to help individuals with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions build strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence in movement. From high-energy boxing workouts to targeted strength training, our research-based programs provide a fun, supportive, and empowering environment where every participant can challenge themselves and make real progress.

Rock Steady Boxing
The ultimate non-contact boxing class for Parkinson’s. Rock Steady Boxing is a dynamic exercise class that specifically addresses common symptoms associated with PD. Classes incorporate traditional boxing drills along with agility, strength, and mobility exercises to help improve balance, mobility, and endurance. All ability levels are welcome and no boxing experience is necessary!
Move Strong
A small-group strength training course focused on building power and strength. This high-energy class focuses on improving functional strength, endurance, and power to support daily movement and independence. Designed for individuals looking to build muscle and confidence, Move Strong incorporates dynamic exercises that target core stability, balance, and total-body strength.
Neuro Fight Club
.A high-energy class designed for clients with all neurological conditions. Challenge and build your strength, balance, posture, and empower yourself to move stronger everyday. Each class will incorporate aspects of strength, agility, mobility, and non contact boxing. Seated and standing exercise modifications are offered. This class is open to all neurological conditions. Classes are offered in Glenview and Oak Park.
