Our SCI exercise programs are designed to work with anyone at any injury level and at any point in their recovery. Our inclusive facility design and accessible equipment allow us to maximize each client’s ability. Regular exercise post-injury can help prevent secondary conditions such as weight gain, osteoporosis, and pressure sores. It can also help better manage spasticity, chronic pain, postural instability, and prevent overuse shoulder injuries.

Our specialized adaptive equipment includes Biodex Free Step Harness System, high-low mat tables, Power Plate, fully accessible NuSteps with leg braces and grip assist, Wheelchair accessible strength machines, Grip gloves, slide boards, etc.
