As consideration for being permitted access to the videos, I acknowledge that the videos feature exercises that are not suitable for all individuals depending on their medical condition and that I am responsible for assessing whether I am physically capable of performing the various exercises the videos present.I acknowledge that mvmtRevolution LLC (“Movement Revolution”) is not responsible for any ill effects arising from my engaging in the exercises demonstrated. I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Movement Revolution its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising out of my use of the exercises demonstrated in the video. I understand that the videos do not constitute Movement Revolution’s practice of medicine.
